Day 1Your 3-Day Lake Mburo and Queen Elizabeth Safari begins with an early morning pickup from your hotel in Entebbe or Kampala.
Drive west toward Lake Mburo National Park, passing through Uganda's countryside and agricultural communities. Along the way, stop at the Equator for photographs and a short experience before continuing toward the park.
Arrive at Lake Mburo around lunchtime. After checking into your lodge, enjoy an afternoon game drive. Lake Mburo is known for its populations of zebras, impalas, buffaloes, topi, eland and warthogs, as well as numerous bird species. The park is also one of the places in Uganda where visitors can encounter giraffes.
Return to your lodge in the evening.

Day 2Wake up early for a morning game drive around Lake Mburo National Park. The early morning is the best time for wildlife viewing before temperatures rise — a great opportunity to spot zebras, impalas, giraffes, buffaloes, eland and other wildlife in the soft morning light.
After the game drive, return to the lodge for breakfast and check out. Then begin the transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park, driving through western Uganda's beautiful countryside — rolling hills, tea plantations, and rural communities.
Arrive in the Queen Elizabeth area in the late afternoon. Check into your lodge and rest for tomorrow's activities. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay, ready for the full day ahead.

Day 3Wake up early for a morning game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park. Explore the savannah plains in search of wildlife, including elephants, buffaloes, Uganda kob and other antelopes.
After the game drive, return for breakfast or continue according to the day's schedule. Later, enjoy a boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel. The channel connects Lake Edward and Lake George and is famous for its large concentration of hippos and crocodiles. The riverbanks also attract elephants, buffaloes and many water birds.
After the cruise, begin the journey back toward Entebbe or Kampala. Lunch will be taken en route. Depending on your onward travel arrangements, your guide will drop you at your hotel or Entebbe International Airport.
This marks the end of your 3-Day Lake Mburo and Queen Elizabeth Safari.
